Description

On today’s episode Mark + Jim dive into the topic of Identity. All of the sports you played, conversations you’ve had, experiences dating all the way back to childhood play a role in how you see the world. They make you who you are. Every human experiences trauma, whether it be big or small. This conversation unpacks how trauma plays out in your life and what you can do to move past it.

“Every single one of us has experienced trauma. Some of it is recognizable and memorable and some of it is not. Some of it we don’t remember. Some of it is extreme, like sexual abuse and some of it is less so, like getting yelled at. If unaddressed it festers in our subconscious and attacks us as if it’s happening right now.” - Mark
