#Communism had its chance. Now the #capitalism experiment rules and is failing. Some combination is needed. Total freedom to do anything you like (capitalism) will not work, total submission to a greater good (communism) wont either.

Some restrictions are needed, but which can we agree upon?

If we could find a set of really basic base values common for 95% of mankind, could we lock them into a blockchain, a L1 (much like bitcoin). A PoW chain that like the verification of the private key gives only TRUE or FALSE when asked about if a circumstance is in alignment with these values or not, probably with the aid of #AI.

Based on that L2's can allow for local variations and addons to these common rules secured by L1.

The basic rights could be parts from UN declarations for human rights, and some more, totally basic things any reasonable person would agree upon. A government could then add local restrictions based on ideology, system ideas, religious or cultural values or other circumstances.

The key is the L1 rules give individuals the base protection we all want and need. Combined with this, or built into the L1, is a mechanisms securing disturbution of base needs for any human that can not be interupted by anything. Law inforcement is arranged worldwide to follow the L1 first, then the L2. L2 can never be in conflict with L1.

With education and cultural ackommodation over generations this ground values could become natural and general like "its just the way it is".

This is all based on the possibility we can agree on some basic values, and it is those which are protected from manipulation over time and cultural influences. Nothing more.
