Title of The System Proposal Being Explored

    Vote Verification

    Audio Read

Please see either of the linked videos below for an audio read of the following document. Alternatively, read on.

    Introduction

Recent political events have motivated this project’s completion, but the idea has been lying dormant awaiting what might be considered justifiable cause for its execution. It is one thing to suspect, it is another to witness, furthermore, for many to witness.

The initial draft is a short read to communicate and assess the value of the project proposal as it stands - it may benefit from several iterations to reach its complete form. For that, I will be asking for advice and support along the way.

Which Recent Events Spurred This Proposal?

An unprecedented reaction to voter-fraud inquiry in the United States, 2020 election.

There was initial suspicion based upon an empirically clear preference for Donald Trump just about everywhere, at least among the majority. Then there was evidence of coding errors in the digital counting process, unexplained errors with balloting - dead people voting for Biden - and a refusal to recount in certain states. As if this wasn’t enough to request a complete do-over of the voting process, the mainstream media then decided that it was not only their duty, but their right to block the current president of the United State’s voice and opinion, and savagely pursue the livelihoods of their ‘friendly competitors’ by boycotting platforms that support genuine free speech and opinion.

Besides all the lies and biased propaganda released to cover their tracks, more recently documents have been released that reveal a bias against President Trump and a willingness to lie in the pursuit of power - revealing that the alleged Russian interference in the 2017 election, propagated relentlessly by the democratic party, may in fact have been completely unfounded slander in an attempt to destroy the president’s reputation.

For a thorough presentation of these recent events, as not being presented by The Mainstream Media(our most easily accessible and invasively propagated window into world events), please see the two links below for my analysis method and case building. My media outlets - indicated at the base of this document - have also been used as a means of storing/listing the mainstream alternative opinion in anticipation of a case-build. This information may not be relevant to you if already aware of the counter-MSM view and its justification.

See linked document below for a brief description of the Logical Case Building Method’s purpose in the fight against propaganda and misinformation:

See linked folder below for relevant documents:

If the above linked documents are not completed yet, please allow time. I prioritized the completion of this proposal as it seemed of greater urgency given the current political and social climate.

Feel free to take the skeleton of the Logical Case Building Method and produce your own case from it, as I am only one person and I may miss valuable points.

A video of how I intend to use the Logical Case Building Method will be uploaded as soon as I find time, and posted in a link below:

Link will be posted here for the video, which will be uploaded to the Perspective57 youtube channel, currently in development.

    Conclusions Drawn from Recent Events?

That our vote doesn't count, and that parliament is ‘a stage’ set to convince us of a world in fact rooted in fantasy, featuring Unicorns that fight for and represent the public vote.

That MSM are complicit in their biased presentation of all world affairs, and doxing of all opposing views.

That the idea of Illuminati-like overlords and other ideas previously considered conspiratorial, might be rooted in reality more than what we’re told to believe.

That this problem is not limited to the United States alone, but that freedom might hang upon its next move.

That the American constitution is being perverted by men that would see its light diminished, even destroyed.

That a dangerous time is coming, where men will fear to think unconventionally, let alone speak so.

See below for guaranteed conclusions that can be drawn from this, independent of these varied and specific opinions:

That people are motivated to action where reasonable suspicion exists of injustice.

That many people - perhaps a majority - are angry and no longer believe anything heard on the MSM, but have felt the need to become the news themselves in an inspirational display of public service.

There have been talks of forcefully protecting the constitution from all enemies, even those officially elected.

A clear large majority are being very well behaved and respectful of law and order despite reason to believe that it no longer protects their rights.

There is danger of imminent, and antagonized, escalation into outright conflict and civil war - necessitating the public to form some solution on their own behalf to reestablish trust between citizens and government.

    Proposed Solution Summary

To establish trust between voters and government by establishing a system that - had it been in place pre-election - would have prevented the present uncertainty, fear and turmoil the unexpecting American public are now experiencing: To verify the public vote to the voter in such a way that it cannot possibly be rigged, therefore reinstating trust between citizen and government by removing all potential for corruption within the democratic system.

This will be established initially by attaining signatures/approval democratically and can be set up independently, via government, or both with no change to verification outcome - it can’t be rigged on any front.

This means that a nation's current method of counting votes needn’t change to implement this solution. The system was devised with ‘supplementary verification of good practice, and improvement’ in mind - improvement, not replacement.

Why Pursue System Establishment in the Above Mentioned Method?

Because you can’t begin verification of the democratic vote without acquiring/measuring the public opinion. Following recent events, what people want seems clear enough to warrant its pursuit - at least from the standpoint of verifying the public opinion.

It is about learning and documenting what the majority actually want, and just how badly they want it.

The desired outcome is a democratic one, so the pursuit must be also.

    Justification for Pursuit.

A citizen has a constitutional and moral right to exercise their freedom of speech to inquire into the validity of their vote regardless of station - especially when supported in such great numbers and reasonable grounds for inquiry present themselves lavishly.

    Proposed Solution Full

The solution proposed may sound simple, archaic even, but I see no reason to over complicate a thing that will work in place of a thing that may not. Furthermore, the purpose of this pursuit is to instill trust between the government and the average citizen - the more complicated the system becomes, the more difficult it becomes for the average person to understand. If they can’t understand it, how can they trust it?

I imagine many of us could be handed the source code to the vote counting algorithm, and have no idea what we’re actually looking at. And although we have a cursory understanding of how our country and elections are governed, it’s not until something goes wrong that we realize there are complications about which we did not know.

Simple solutions that also work are the best kind of solutions. And any solution beats having no solution at all.

    What is The Solution?

    In full, as it stands:

1)The problem occurs because of a lack of verifiability of good faith between citizens and a government body(monarchy or otherwise). Things are supposedly democratic but who really knows?

2)To fight this distrust we must make each democratic vote verifiable post-election and pre-inauguration in a way that can't be rigged by the public or rulers. This establishes trust between both. But how?

3)Physical wooden boards, one per town/city with all registered voter’s names 'carved' in a list, into a block - each permanent name under their chosen nomination. Carven makes them permanent, provided there's severe penalties for messing with the vote boards - scratching names out for example. And provided there are no borders carven around the names and nominees, names cannot be switched out as convenient.

4)You can still protect voter anonymity by using usernames/AKAs for voters that wish to stay anonymous.

5)All boards should be erected in a public square/park, and be under constant video surveillance, between the post-vote and pre-inauguration period. This grants each voter the opportunity(optional) to check their vote matches up with their chosen nomination.

6)Some potential problems that could occur:

Potential problem 1: Fake votes could still be slipped onto a board knowing full well that not everyone is going to verify their vote - dead people for example.

Fix: Local councils and independent groups can all make sure that the total number of voters on the board does not exceed the total number of voters registered to that area. While they're at it, officials and independents can pass those verified counts on to a state body, who can then present/post those total counts online for public access, as well as independents posting them in a physical unalterable public access paper in an act of true journalism.

These public access means of verification can then be used to count - and make accessible at every stage of the process - the totals for each state and then for the country.

The individual’s vote, and individual count from each town board/s, and for state and total counts, are now made public access so everyone can travel wherever they want and verify no funny business is afoot.

You could still use mail in ballots or digital voting, because everything would be backed up(verifiable) in physical, open source, untamperable, form. This proposal is about verification and the reestablishment of trust.

Potential problem 2: Anarchists lying about the vote they actually placed to throw off the inauguration - because their chosen didn't win.

Fix: If the individual, queried vote/s make no difference when processed, then the inauguration period continues as planned and it is considered human or machine error.

If the changes would sway the overall vote, then reelection is held to avoid people being able to sell their swing vote if the polls are that close. Because people would do that too.

7)Pros and Cons of this Solution:

    Pros of this system:

    Cons of the system:

    Proposed Methods of Execution

It is important that we proceed peacefully and respectfully of the law and its enforcers - the enemy seeks to control by provoking into conflict, and blaming for the reaction, while ignoring the cause. Do not play into its hands.

    Location

This solution is primarily aimed at the western world - The UK and The USA specifically - but is not limited to. Should this pursuit be largely desirable, and safely implementable at additional locations then I see no reason you shouldn’t try to improve your own democracy.

How best to expose or distribute this movement to others?

There are quite a number of options - some that can be executed immediately as a topic of conversation or recommendation, and others that might take some work:

This leaves only the question of how to certify public approval for solution implementation. How to certify the count and support for the proposed movement. But this begins with getting the idea out there.

Means of Establishing and Maintaining Communication

Those following the recent silencing of government members and the doxing of competitive companies online, have seen how quickly freedom of speech and rights to communication can vanish. For this reason I will include the below process of contact moving forward - not to control means of contact, but to ensure it can’t be controlled by others:

If you are interested in showing your approval/support for the proposed solution, please like and share this information with others. If you are interested in being directly involved in its voluntary, public service production team,  then please see the contact details at the base of this document. At:

‘Means of Contact, Proposal Movement and Interest Contacts’

    Possible Resistances

There could be a variety of resistances for a variety of reasons. Here’s a brief list of possible candidates:

Why this shouldn’t be a problem

Only individuals that want to be involved have to be - enough involved could still make state corruption/error impossible to miss. For example, if all Joe Biden supporters for the 2020 election had been registered and users of the proposed system, the uncertainty around voter-fraud would have been put to rest immediately - because you’d have the majority vote in openly accessible, physical, unalterable, and publicly verifiable form.

If a substantial number decided that verification of their vote was an unnecessary drain of the public service tax, then there is still the possibility to set this system up independently with a minority vote, however, with a minority vote you would also have a minority participation. But this too is a win win for the system; there is a chance more will join once the system is already established, and minority national participation does not mean minority state participation.

Which Forms Could the Enterprise Take to Avoid Becoming a Problem?

    Avenues of presentation could include:

The societal benefits of such a pursuit, bring public service benefits beyond vote verification alone.

Of course, these resistance considerations are only hypothetical along with the prepared solutions. Considering the democratic nature of our governance, it would be incriminating if such measures were actually required to verify our vote, and it would evidence a desire for lack of transparency.

At which point, the peoples’ peaceful attempt to have their voices heard would have failed. I see no grounds constitutionally/morally/legally for opposing the peaceful pursuit of vote verification as outlined above.

    Proposal Conclusion

Given the severity of what could be at stake - freedom of thought/speech - I evaluate the chosen pursuit to be of great enough importance to share it with you personally and broadly, that we might not only establish a verifiable means to safeguard our vote and the American constitution, but that we might also have a solid foundation to build upon in the solutions development and implementation; both now and into the future.

I would, furthermore, like to share what I have identified and defined as a foundational truth and meta-value to keep in mind and ensure this endeavor - whether it remain a personal pursuit or one shared - does not wander too far from the light that it proposes to pursue:

“Unique perspective, built on life actuating blueprints, is the primary birthright of each individual which needs preserving.”

The American constitution walks hand in hand with this statement.

    Where is This Proposal Incomplete?

In many places most likely - I am a limited human being, with a limited understanding of many things broadly, and even more things specifically - but as it stands the proposal looks to me to be a good place to start.

It presents a goal - based upon the assumptions that I have drawn about our political and social climate, and what I understand about the legal restrictions(which isn’t much) - and it presents justifications for pursuit, and solutions for potential resistances. It presents a start, a desirable destination, and a straight dotted/incomplete line between the two.

With or without help, I will endeavor to complete the line between A and B, but with help I will do so quicker and make less errors.

This proposal offers an opportunity to stop talking about the problem, and begin finding ways to fix it, together.

Where Will Help be Required - besides every step of the way?

Below is a brief list of roles that will need filling:

Any roles not adopted by someone else, will have to be filled by myself. Anybody willing can fill many/any of the suggested positions, but may be appointed to work alongside others in system implementation development. Anybody willing, can take this idea and run with it themselves, if they feel personally better qualified to get the job done - but note, that will not stop me independently pursuing it in my own way or joining you in your own pursuit.

As a public service endeavor, I am - at least at present - receiving no funding for my personal and public work. As such, I am looking for individuals - at least at present - with a desire to influence positive change and/or show support for this proposed solution.

This endeavor, if successful, could result in verifiable voting, greater trust between citizens and  the government, a world where corruption cannot influence the masses so easily, and - I believe - will take us at least one step nearer to personal freedom and actual accountability for our country’s affairs.

    Final Conclusion

For all the reasons explored throughout this document, I see no reason this pursuit can’t proceed immediately. And I would like to propose a startup test to evaluate both the present and proposed system’s value and accuracy - an independent recount of the 2020 election results. Not designed to alter the election outcome, but to verify the result and initiate the proposed system.

For those that believe this to be a waste of time and effort, as the election results were counted accurately with no machine or human error, I would then remind you that you have nothing to fear from the proposed vote verification system.

If you are right, this system can verify it - if you are wrong, this system can also verify it. And of course, all involved would prefer to know if they are wrong.

My desire to influence positive change is entirely at your - the discerning public’s - mercy. I am new to pursuing this kind of endeavor publicly, and will need support and advice moving forward. I am asking with this document if you would like to be involved, and for advice on how best to move forward and see it done.

This is possible. This is not completely out of our hands - it is completely within them. It is all possible. This is vote verification, not rocket science - and somehow we’ve managed to achieve one as a species, but not the other.

Any solution beats no solution. Any support beats no support. I hope to hear from you. And God bless, in these difficult times.

We are not alone. We are not silenced.
